Fixed scope, fixed timeline

Every pilot has a written scope, a delivery date and a success metric agreed before work starts.

Humans approve what matters

Customer-facing and financial actions route to your team for a one-click approval.

You own everything

Code, prompts, workflows and documentation are yours. No proprietary lock-in.

Measured against a baseline

We record how long work takes today, then report results against that number.

The problem

Growth shouldn't mean more busywork.

Every industry has its own products, but the drag looks the same everywhere. These are the problems we solve most often, whatever you sell.

Website

A slow site that doesn't rank

Pages take seconds to load, search traffic stalls, and visitors leave before they ever see a product.

Marketing

Ad budget leaking every day

Campaigns keep spending on keywords and audiences that never convert because nobody has time to check daily.

Sales

Quotes built by hand

Every request is read, priced and formatted manually. Slow quotes lose deals to faster competitors.

Revenue

Leads that never get a follow-up

Open quotes, abandoned carts and cold accounts slip through when follow-up depends on memory.

Support

An inbox full of the same questions

"Where is my order?", returns and product questions consume hours that your own data could answer.

Content

A content backlog that never shrinks

Product descriptions, listings, emails and social posts pile up waiting for someone to write them.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first.

What does an engagement cost?

Audits are a fixed fee, pilots are a fixed price agreed in a written scope, and partnerships are priced to the scope you choose, from ongoing care for a few automations to a full program across departments. Price depends on the number of systems involved, the complexity of the work and the level of support. You'll have an exact number before any work begins, and the audit fee is credited toward a pilot.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use business API tiers from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI, which don't train on API data by default. Access to your systems is scoped to what each workflow needs and revoked at handoff.

What happens when the AI gets something wrong?

Anything customer-facing or financial goes through a human approval step, and agents escalate when they're unsure instead of guessing. Every action is logged, so mistakes are caught early and used to improve the evaluation tests.

Do we have to change our software?

Almost never. We integrate with the ERP, CRM, storefront and email you already use. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, we'll say so in the audit with the reasoning and cost.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, prompts, workflow definitions and documentation transfer to you at handoff. Systems run in accounts you own, so you can bring support in-house at any time.

How quickly will we see results?

Most pilots reach production in four to eight weeks. Results are measured against the baseline captured during the audit and reported at launch.

Which AI models do you use?

We pick the model for the job, most often Anthropic's Claude for reasoning-heavy work like quoting and document extraction. Workflows are built so the model can be swapped as better options appear.

Do you only work with ecommerce companies?

No. We work with any business that sells, including DTC brands, food and beverage, apparel and beauty, distributors and wholesalers, and service firms. The products differ, but the work we automate (site speed, ads, quotes, follow-up, support and content) looks much the same everywhere.

What is the free speed and SEO audit?

Run our free site check on any page, then request a consultation. We include a full speed and SEO audit of your site: every key page template tested, a prioritized fix list with estimated impact, and where AI can take over content, ads and support.

Do you work with companies outside California?

Yes. We are based in Southern California and work remotely with clients across the United States. Calls run over Google Meet.

How is this different from hiring a developer or an agency?

We focus on one thing: putting AI to work inside your existing operations, measured against a baseline. You get a fixed scope, a working system in production and full ownership of the code and prompts, rather than open-ended hours or a tool you rent.
